Please note that you need to have access to a mobile phone that can receive SMS in order to sign up. You will receive a verification code via SMS as part of the sign-up process.
It may take a few minutes to receive the SMS with the verification code. If you have not received any verification code within a few minutes, please do the following:
- Make sure that you have entered the correct mobile number. Check the number on the screen. If you entered the wrong number, click on the back symbol in the top left corner and enter the correct number.
- If you have entered the correct mobile number, click on “Resend code” to request a new SMS.
- If you have tried steps 1 and 2 above and you still have not received any code after another couple of minutes, try again later. In some countries, it may take several hours to receive an SMS due to mobile network issues.
